IS-5101 is a single 3rd Gen Intel® Xeon® Scalable Processor mainboard. AEWIN co-developed this platform with Intel as the Ice Lake-SP single socket CRB, codename Ice Island. The new generation of Xeon processors brings significant improvement in core count and IPC, elevating the overall performance to a new level. With total of 64x PCIe Gen4 lanes, it offers enough bandwidth for any PCIe based accelerators. IS-5101 is designed to accommodate 2x oversized dual-width accelerators such as 2x RTX-3080, or workstation/datacenter-oriented portfolio such as A30 or A100. With single-width PCIe add-on cards, it can support 2x with full PCIe Gen4 x16 bandwidth, plus 3x more with PCIe Gen4 x8 bandwidth. This allows the IS-5101 to flexibly support variety of workloads depending on the configuration. With on-board BMC, you can enjoy the ease of management of server class hardware.
