The SCB-1947A is AEWIN\u2019s newest 2U performant Network Appliance powered by single AMD Zen 4c EPYC 8004 CPU codenamed Siena. It is a single-socket network appliance powered by AMD Siena CPUs with up to 64 cores and 225W TDP. Providing 12x DDR5 4800MHz memory slots and 4x PCIe 5.0 x8 slots at the front panel for AEWIN self-design NICs with 1G to 100G copper\/fiber interfaces with\/without bypass function. There is additional 1x PCIe5.0 x16 slot at the rear side of SCB-1947A ready for installing off-the-shelf PCIe Gen5 card to expand further function. It can support NIC card up to 400G such as NVIDIA Mellanox PCIe 5.0 NIC.<\/p>\n
SCB-1947A delivers high throughput and low latency for compute intensive workloads. To speed up data-loading, two hot-swappable U.2 NVMe SSD trays are available at the front panel. Customer can choose to have internal storage with high-capacity support, up to 3x native SATA\/mSATA SSD. The mainboard itself also supports dual M.2 2280 NVMe SSD as high-speed OS boot devices. Benefited from the Siena CPU featuring the best performance per watt, SCB-1947A has extraordinary computing performance in a short-designed chassis width of 600mm to achieve faster speeds for time-critical applications at edge.<\/p>\n
Regarding the reliability and cybersecurity, the SCB-1947A supports OT006B module for AEWIN Trusted Secure Boot (TSB V2 module) to deliver the first line of firmware security defense during boot-up process. It is also integrated with Trusted Platform Module (TPM2.0) to allow authentication of hardware devices to ensure the integrity of the hardware platform.<\/p>\n
